Owner Financed Projects Made Simple
We realize that its difficult to obtain financing on home upgrades. We also realize that dealing with Banks can be extremely frustrating, time-consuming and expensive. For these reasons, we offer Owner Financing on all of our projects. No Banks, No Credit Checks, No Fees and No unnecessary delays.
We offer Owner Financing to all approved projects at a competitive interest rate, with no prepayment penalty.
The purchase price is the same for a cash or financed sale. Simply select which option you would like on the type of service of your choice. If the financing options shown don’t work with your budget, please let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you.
If you choose to take advantage of the Owner Financing, at your closing you will sign an agreement to make monthly installments. We offer one year project agreements with a downpayment deposit determined upon credit approval.
You make your monthly payments to us (we do not sell your debt), and can pay via check, cash, money order, bitcoin, debit or credit card, online or over the phone. We even take trades (as long as we don’t have to feed it) for down payments or mortgage payments. Once the project or service is paid in full, we will record our endevour as complete to the credit beurous. We try to keep the process as simple as possible. Ultimatley, your happiness is our goal and is how we succeed.
Here’s how the financing works:
Step 1
Choose your job number of you order and select “Owner financing”. Keep track of your job order number for future reference.
Step 2
Enter your payment details.
Step 3
Come down to our office to close the project agreement in person. (We will schedule an appointment at our office.)
Step 4
Sign the paperwork.
Step 5
When approved, we will contact you to schedule your project dates.
Step 6
We begin the project and monthly payments begin by credit or debit card, check, cash, trade or bitcoin.
Step 7
We’ll record the project complete when you’re paid in full.
